The hotel is situated approximately 200 yards from the sea front and a 4 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and Sand Castle water complex.
The hotel is ideally sited for those who require a quieter area with easy access to the entertainment that Blackpool is famous for.

Local shopping is within walking distance in Waterloo Road and Bond Street, where there are a good selection of shops, markets, restaurants and pubs.

The town centre is easily reached by tram which runs frequently along the sea front. The hotel has limited parking available, although there is a wide selection of secure car parks nearby.
